to provide memorable travel experiences with quality, safety, and service excellence, while respecting people’s rights, the law, and human values.

this code applies to all travel one employees, regardless of role or seniority, as well as to service providers, suppliers, business partners, and third parties acting on behalf of the company.

each employee is responsible for avoiding situations where personal interests may conflict with travel one’s.
any potential conflict should be reported to direct leadership or the ethics committee.

7. prohibited conduct

corruption, bribery, fraud, or any unlawful practice.

discrimination based on gender, religion, race, sexual orientation, or social status.

use of substances that harm safety or the company’s image.

8. social media and communication

employees should avoid sharing opinions on social media that could harm travel one’s image.

travel one fosters a safe, welcoming, and healthy environment. everyone must follow safety guidelines and help prevent accidents and risky situations.
